The sizzling hot board is an extension of our Fishkill Choose 2 Lose WLS support groups that meet weekly on Sundays at the Residence Inn on Route 9 in Fishkill, which meet from 5:00pm to 6:00 for PRE-OP issues and 6:30-7:30pm for POST-OP issues with a clothing exchange and mingling time from 6:00-6:30pm.. This is a place to get information, inspiration, motivation, share recipes, problem solve, vent, hook up with others to go shopping or for a walk, and so much more!
